Microwave Meals, Pasta & Meatballs/Gin Lee
This microwave recipe is so easy to make and only takes a few minutes to whip up a delicious meal that you and your family can enjoy.
I would normally make this recipe with Cream pasta rings, short pasta for O’s homemade spaghetti. However, I couldn’t find them in stock while shopping. So I chose to make the recipe with La Moderna Elbow Pasta In place. I changed the name of the recipe because I had to replace the pasta rounds with angled pasta.
If you love Spaghetti O’s, this is a recipe I think you will enjoy.
Ingredients:
Instructions:
Cooked elbow pasta/Gin Lee
First, add the elbow pasta to a microwave safe dish, fill the bowl with hot water (just enough to cover the pasta). Microwave for about ten to twelve minutes. Stir after six minutes. Then add additional water if needed. Resume cooking. (When the pasta was fully cooked, I had no water left to drain. If your bowl still has water after the pasta is cooked, drain it.)
Add sauce and cheese/Gin Lee
Add the sauce, and stir well. Then add the cheese and stir.
Next, heat the pre-cooked meatballs in a separate microwave-safe dish. (Since mine was frozen, it took a little longer to warm them up.)

Then add the meatballs to the pasta and sauce mixture. Stir, then return the pasta dish to the microwave for one to two minutes to heat all the ingredients together.
Serve and enjoy!
