Creamy Smoked Sausage Pasta

What do you need:

1 cup pasta of your choice, cooked

1 package (just over 1/4 kg) smoked turkey sausage, cut into 1/4-inch rounds

2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning and bring to a boil. When boiling, reduce heat and simmer until mixture begins to thicken, about 3-4 minutes.

When ready, transfer to a serving bowl. Stir in the parmesan then add the cooked pasta to the bowl. Stir, let cool a few minutes before serving.

Delicious spaghetti with butter

What do you need:

1 cup spaghetti pasta, cooked

1 can whole peeled tomatoes

3 garlic cloves, minced

4 tablespoons salted butter

Salt and cracked pepper to taste

To make the sauce, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic in the butter for 1 minute. Add the whole peeled tomatoes (including the juice) and a pinch of cracked pepper.

Using a spoon, break the tomatoes into small pieces. Stir until the ingredients are well combined. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally (break the tomatoes into small pieces).

Once ready, salt then add the cooked spaghetti. Stir until pasta is coated in sauce. Serve hot.

Healthy Pumpkin Fettuccine

What do you need:

1-1/2 cups fettuccine egg pasta, cooked

2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

5 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup pumpkin puree (canned pumpkin)

1/2 cup grated parmesan

Sauté the garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat (preferably in butter) for 1 minute. Add whipped cream and pumpkin purée. Simmer for 3-4 minutes then stir in the cheese.

Add cooked pasta and coat with sauce. Add water if you want a thinner consistency and season with salt and pepper if needed.
