So if pasta is your thing, here’s how you can enjoy it guilt-free.
Sharing the advice to its 997,000 Instagram followers, Slimming World says you can replace your normal white pasta with whole grains.
This will help increase your fiber intake, which helps maintain gut health, helps control blood sugar, and helps you achieve a healthy weight.
In the post, Slimming World said, “White or colored, dry or fresh, pasta is a free staple and can be enjoyed in many different and delicious dishes!
“Choose whole grains for more fiber with more filling power and health benefits.
“Pasta can be eaten freely while following our healthy diet, so stock up and slim down.”
If that means we can still enjoy some of our favorite pasta dishes while staying healthy, that seems like a winner for us.
